Nothing helps to build the holiday spirit like spending time with the deserving children at the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Hollywood, FL, and that’s where David Singer and some of the staff of David w. Singer and Associates, P.A. spent the day recently. Each year, members of the firm take time out of their schedule to bring holiday cheer to children at the hospital. This year, the kids got the chance to see a magic show and they were also treated to a visit from Santa and his elves. David Singer personally visited with each child and went to the rooms of the children that could not attend the event. Also, no child went away empty handed: they each received a toy. The Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital is one of the nation’s leading pediatric care facilities. The hospital treats minor illnesses, trauma injuries, and complex medical conditions. The hospital has 204 beds in a kid-friendly environment where the “Power of Play” is an important part of...

During this time of year, many families are making memories on their vacation. People from around the country choose to spend their time off from work and school in South Florida because of the many attractions in our area. Unfortunately, it is possible for people to be injured on their vacation through no fault of their own. When that happens, Fort Lauderdale personal injury lawyers at David W. Singer and Associates can help families who are dealing with the long-term implications of those incidents. After people are injured, they may be facing serious financial issues related to the injury and their recovery. They may be looking at expensive medical bills; they may also be dealing with lost time from work and the lost wages that compound the financial burdens of these injuries. If you have been injured at a resort, at an amusement or theme park, or even on a cruise ship, then you should seek experienced representation. These vacation spots will try to avoid legal battles that tarnish their public image, and that means that they will often attempt to settle these cases quietly. In many cases, the settlement offer is far less than what accident victims need to cover their bills, and then they are left behind. If you have been a victim, work with experienced Broward County cruise ship accident lawyers who can help to protect your rights and fight for the compensation you...
